Coconut Oil

It is a shop that sells all sorts of foods and miscellaneous items. They certainly exist in the north of England in small towns. D.

Got a huge one in Cambridge. We usually go once a month for the incredible value promos. Get all our wild ps I fix tinned salmon there. 85p compared to £1.89 for same at Tesco, worth getting a dozen tins:)

I found a B&M today, went in and bought 300 ml organic coconut oil for £2.50. It is on offer in Tesco's at the moment for £4 :p

The 'Groovy' stuff?
It's a good choice.
(Actually, organic is a bit of a red herring, it's the Cold Pressed Virgin tag to look out for, after that even 'organic' can take a bath in the hexane, - definitions of 'organic' vary)

It is cold pressed :). The brand is Coco Island, and this is not the same as the one in Tesco ;)

Good morning,
Please advise me -

Yesterday I bought a bottle if peanut butter.
Ingredients:
Peanut
Sugar
Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
(Rapseed, Cottonseed)
Salt.

I was in a hurry and just buy without reading it's content.

Should be unhealthy right?
Can I eat the peanut butter?
with hydrgenated oil?

Please advise me .
