Coconut Water

I've been reading up on Coconut Water and it claims it can be useful in the control of diabeties! It's supposed to be really good for circulation and weight loss too.

Just wondered if anyone had tried it?

Wouldn't have thought it'd be any good for Diabetic control it tends to have a high level of sugar in it!

Just a foot note; It’s the safest liquid to drink in India, but India also has the 2nd highest number of diabetics in the world behind the USA! So what does that say about drinking it??
