After intense experience since last year drinking this stuff...the research I have done ....YEHA ...my very diabetic father is on his 1st litre today after much persuasion.....electrolytes........greatest juice water to ever drink....well in UK......
 
I wouldn't say it is high - about 6g per cup and 2g fibre with a lot of vit c, calcium, b vits (not b12) and potassium. That is about the same sugars as eating 100g of the flesh.
 
lol seeing as a cocnut has about a third of a cup why would you drink a litre? That is like saying I am not going to eat lettuce because 10 of them has more carbs than I eat in a day
 
Pure coconut water ..yes sometimes I hsve a glass ...if is fine for me , not a litre ...
There is no sugar at all in most ....no added sugar ...
 
not sure that means he is going to drink it all in a day - well I hope not.

There quite a few coconut water drinks avaliable now , including the no sugar ones in the Asian super markets ...

We only have one , but have managed to order online before ...from UK ...
I can get those lovely boxes of fresh tofu which I love ...
