@Clivethedrive, thanks for that. I am floating around between 5 and 6 before and after which is fantastic but I sometimes slip and have a cereal bar when I'm in a rush which pushes the carbs up. Was trying the glass of wine per night but after all the news last week on wine my wife has put a stop too it. Stay away from diet Coke as I was an addict for years and one glass sets me off again. Article was saying that coconut water had great benefits so just wondered if other people drank it.
How many times would you drink it per week?
The cartons I presume are full of stuff to make them last longer!
Had a look in my supermarket today and no coconuts, where do you buy yours?
