Codefree meter

Can anybody help? I have had the codefree meter since being diagnosed in 2014, however when i connect it to the pc it has dates entered from 2014 -2017, obviously I must have altered the date on the codefree meter accidentally, Does anyone know if it is possible to delete the log or memory from the meter itself, in order to start a new log as from today or tomorrow.

Thanks pleinster, already looked through the user guide, doesnt say anything about resetting the meter as i can see.
