Is it gluten free diet you need to follow? If yes have a look at this blog http://www.elanaspantry.com/gluten-free-recipes/
She has hundreds of recipes there and i think gluten free diet is good for all diabetics anyway

Newly diagnoised 65yr old - Any assistance out there please for newly diagnoised diabetic taking 3 reduced to 2 Metformin daily. '
Im also a coeliac as well but that is well controlled after 30 years experience; Suffering from with dry orifices, and very tired! Would like to hear from other Coeliacs with diabetes
Is there a group about? Coeliac Society dont have a specific Coeliac/Diabetes group......
