Dunno. Strange question.
Anyone have any comment on this? I know it's been suggested to drink cream instead of milk in coffee, but then carbs with coffee reduces effectiveness of coffee. BUT I cannot stand black coffee. I love it with cream and add stevia to sweeten. I use single Tesco cream. I'm wondering if this is contrary to high cholesterol. So much info to decipher and correct. Thoughts?

It strikes me as being similar to putting lemon in your water. As you mentioned, any benefit is largely negated by the added calories/carbs.

If you enjoy drinking coffee, continue to enjoy it (I drink mine with cream and stevia like you). However, I wouldn't go out of your way to drink coffee solely for its proposed health benefits.

I have ONE a day, maybe two, and never more. So, I'm looking to justify to myself: this is not evil. ;)
