hi colin im a coffee drinker and drink it by the troves its does nothing to my bgs i dont have milk or sugar though :)

I was hooked well still hooked on these cappucino coffee powders and caramel flavoured.
The sugar content is way high.

Now i am weaning myself off thess onto instant coffee, however i find my bg goes up after using milk, but who can drink coffee without milk ....yuk !!!!

T2 cherished my coffee with cream but no sugar and no noticeable effect on my bg.

I drink black coffee with no sugar / sweeteners, no difference in my bgl.

I do drink black coffee with a sweetner now and again I think it better for me than drinking tea with soya milk in it but I do love me mug of tea xxx

Me, I have always had my coffee very strong and black, no milk or sugar. It is the only thing about my diet that hasn't changed since being diagnosed. I drink a brand called Rocket Fuel and have one and a half heaped teaspoons per mug and as I hate tea I have a lot of coffee. I don't think it affects my glucose although I have specifically tested for an effect.
