Just an observation ;) ….. when I have cold fingers usually morning and evening when my circulation seems poor my fingerprick results are lower by 2-3 mmol than when I warm up my fingers. Does anyone else find this ?? Just curious

Due to Reyaud’s, I always need to warm my fingers with a cup of tea as, unless I have done vigorous exercise, I get no blood.
I wouldn’t know how to get blood out of cold fingers regardless of my levels.

Frustratingly, a Raynaud’s episode is a symptom of a hypo.
