my husband was diagnosed approx 3 months ago type 2
we seem to be coping okay but i have a question in the
last 2 or 3 weeks he has developed very cold fingers
with the tips being extremely cold is this something
thats common with diabetes

First of all we are not allowed to diagnose on the Forum.

There are many things that this can be down to, including poor circulation as one possible reason. Not everything is Diabetes related.

You should discuss this with your GP for a definitive diagnosis.

Ken,

Lighten up man.

People come on here because they are in fear or trepidation and are looking for help/answers.

I'm SO grateful to those people on this forum who freely give of their time, knowledge and experience....BUT...it is becoming so PC of late it is at risk of alienating the very people we need to frequently return and contribute to keep a forum such as this to keep it alive.

The rules of this Forum are clear. Nobody is allowed to diagnose. That is for the safety of the members. This Forum does not allow it to happen.

As Monitor's we ensure that that rule is complied with at all times. There is no need for anybody to lighten up and nobody is getting PC, as you say. We are fully aware of what members need and we aim to provide it, along with the other experienced member's here, as always.

This is not up for discussion. It is a Forum Rule.
