Cold hands

I have cold hands. I have noticed that as my BG levels decrease so does the temperature of my hands (starts at the tips of my fingers and travels up my fingers/hands.arms)

So is it to do with being diabetic or just one of those things
I have only had this for a few weeks and it is quite annoying as I work with my hands

Yeh it's defo to do with being diabetic as I'm type one for about 1 half yeas and my hands and feet are always cold and they used to be fine before being a diabetic :(

+1 for getting cold hands and feet. I don't notice it myself but others do when shaking hands at work etc.

I used to get worried about it as I was concerned about circulation issues in my legs/ feet but my Dr informed me my feet have good pulses.

+1 for cold hands and feet.

Also ran it by specialist who said it good pulses so I guess it's another of those annoyances we have to live with.

I too have cold hands and feet. Funny thing is I wasnt aware of it before changing my diet. I now wear merino mix socks and have two reusable magic gel hand warmers.
