Yes, I find that both very hot and very cold weather affects my blood sugars. I reckon my body must react to the cold a bit like as if I were taking exercise.
i don't see a difference with mine during cold weather, but in the summer depending i can be low a lot going back 2 years ago when my German family came over i was always low so got to eat lots of ice cream without injecting =D
I have gone whole weeks without taking ANY insulin while on holiday in hot countries. I have relatives living in Southern Spain. The first couple of holidays there meant I was living off sugary drinks while trying to balance food and insulin until I realised insulin was not helping my diabetes (a strange thing I know).
In cold countries I normally ski. This requires a huge reduction in insulin too.
