cold what can we take for it on metformin

I take sugar free medicine for a cough.
Hope you feel better soon. I had one a few weeks ago and felt dreadful. I have also found that I get colds and coughs a lot now since being diagnosed Type 1 in Jan. this year.

As long as you are careful with added sugar - and you're not taking paracetamol for anything else then any of the cold remedies whould be okay.
 
I take Echinacia for colds and Ivy Thyme for a cough both are available from health shops Vogel do them but there may be other makes available :!:
