I'm all excited because fresh organic collard greens, grown in Cornwall for Natoora, are now available in the UK from Ocado. Never seen them in UK before.
Because I haven't been able to buy them, I don't have any recipes or know that much about them, hence appealing for recipes. I have a set of US measuring cups so no conversion necessary.
All I know about collard greens are that they sound posh and look like a relie of spring greens - another veg that I never see grown organically for supermarkets.
As a sad case Foodie, I firmly believe that Savarin was right, when he said that the creation of a new dish, added more to the happiness of mankind, than the discovery of a new star.
A new vegetable to add to my collection makes me and MrCeleriac both, revved up and waiting impatiently for the Ocado delivery tomorrow.
