Collins Carb book info required

Hi

On previous posts I have seen reference to the "collins book of carbs" i have tried to find it on amazon but not had any joy, can someone enlighten me with more info on the above. So i can purchase one, as it amazes me what carbs that are present in natural foods that i was unaware of.

Collins Gem series do several little books.

Carb counter,calorie counter and,GI and GL book.

They are on Amazon but also can be found in WH Smith's cost about £3.99.

Thank you for that link iv just ordered it on amazon cost 97p but with postage £3 odd. Anyway saves me having to go into town in the rain.

I find the Calorie counter useful, because it has carb values too.
