Hi I think I'm having trouble collecting two low carbohydrate foods like combining + cucumbers and eggs and Fish and Tomato Sauce

I'm dubious about that, I can't see two low carbohydrate foods combining to create sugar out of nothing. (OK, my high school chemistry was a long time ago.) Tomatoes do have carbohydrate....

Hi, could you please give a bit more detail on what you think the problem actually is?

Hi
The impossible yesterday is possible today

We know that some food combinations occur differently I have already tested all these foods alone and have not increased their blood sugar. Tomato also. What about eggs and Cucumbers as I know it's lower carbs
Maybe I'm not sure

I think the combination of some food formulations becomes carbohydrates

I have not come across any biochemistry that supports this idea. Do you have any references?

Hi Doctor

I am happy to be involved in the discussion.
So far I can not confirm that I'm starting from my experience only

I'm not a chemistry specialist

But I promise you to do some analysis again. What I know is that it is advisable to avoid collecting some foods

Learning things at the university is not enough there are things to discover

Or combined raises the amount of carbs too much for you to keep your bgs low?

I find If I mix protein bread with fish cake innards, the small amount of potato with the carbs in bread are too much and then make a not so low carb meal.
Is that what's happening to your combinations?

I mean low carbohydrate foods without higher carbs

I mean low carbohydrate foods without higher carbs
So egg and salmon say?

The only thing I find is in the absence of carbs and too much protein my bgs raise because protein gets converted into glucose instead of carbs.
Too much protein does that to a few of us. I believe @Kristin251 too.

Protein most certainly raises me. I stick to .8-1g per kg lean body mass and divide it through the day. For me that’s about 44 G protein and I include plant protein in my protein pool. Then less than 5 g carbs and I fill the rest in with fats

Egg-filling protein may interact with something else in cucumbers !
