Hi All, 9 months ago I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and my HBA1C was 71, I was quickly put on Trulicity initially 0.75 then up to 1.5, metformin 4000mg and now my HBa1C is down to 38 and my weight has dropped by 13kgs. My Doc has taken me off Trulicity now but kept me on metformin and a repeat test in 3 months time. Trulicity side effects were awful in the beginning, it suppressed my appetite, I went on a low carb diet, regular exercise and lost weight. I am now worried about my weight and sugar levels creeping back up if I kept the same lifestyle, but just removed the Trulicity. Do any of you have any experience of this or thoughts?
