Interesting. I found Asda stock it, and it looks like the Edamame Spaghetti from the same range is just as low carbohydrate. Whilst home-made cauliflower rice is cheaper it's not the same as finding some 'pasta' at the bottom of the bowl!

Aldi sometimes have this sort of thing in the middle aisle too. I recently bought soy bean spaghetti and the edamame/mung bean fettuccine - both are great!

I got a pack in Asda today, had a portion with a cannellini bean sauce with onion, tomatoes, 1/2 a small red pepper and some cavolo nero, plus some pimenton for heat. There was also fresh basil as I found a pack in the reduced section.

It was very good, and produced a nice big meal. Now for some Greek yoghurt & rhubarb, which is pretty sharp cooked without sugar even though it's the pink forced type!
