You have nudged me to get weighing the food again and carb counting properly - I have had only one foot on the wagon lol, time to get fully back on it so that maybe I can lose some more and manage to get rid of the one remaining drug I take for high BP. </p><p></p><p>Butter and cream will be top of my shopping list as they stop me from feeling hungry.</p></blockquote><p></p>
