Concerned about post meal numbers

The meal was: 2 pieces of rye toast (around 70-80gr), grilled chicken breast, 100gr full fat greek yogurt and a salad with mixed vegetables, no dressing.

Before meal: 6.7
1 hour after first bite: 10.3
2 hours after first bite: 9.7

Should I be concerned about those readings? I understand they are not ideal, but they do seem a bit high given the amount of food. Mostly because they didn't really come down after 2 hours.

Those after food numbers are a bit high, also the rise between before and after is not ideal, ideally seeing a rise of no more than 2 between before and after numbers is best, I suspect it’s the rye toast that caused this, also even though you had salad which is fine there are still carbs in vegetables, maybe try dropping the rye toast and adding a dressing either mayo or an oil based dressing will satisfy your hunger better than carbs and may help smooth out the rise. The amount of food you eat doesn’t really make a difference, you can have a big plateful as long as it’s not more carbs than you could cope with.

If I had a similar meal I would have above ground veg and salad, chicken leg with skin on or if it was chicken breast I would fry it with butter or oil add a dressing, I usually make a dressing from apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and some sort of herb/garlic/chilli. Don’t fear fat it’s what keeps you fuller for longer
