Milky Way Magic Stars Fun Size (12g) bag after spending half an hour walking up and down the biscuit and confectionery isle looking at the back of all the packets. I just wanted something normal (sweet). 6.5g of carb and it worked for me as I felt like I had eaten a full packet. If I had bought something that came in a bigger potion packet size I would have had to eat the lot. I should have brought some of the low carb muffin loaf or swedish almond gateau I had in the fridge at home - I was just not expecting the craving. I have still got 13 more bags for an emergency

I have to say because I work nights I do cheat a lot there is a chocolate machine that sits in there corner and taunts me lol OK OK I'm weak, Im human and a man what can I say? I'M SORRY

I had a Chinese the other night and tested before and after and was impressed that my numbers only went up 2 points, It was a treat and I hadnt eaten most of the day due to working on the bike.

I have to control food not other way round I have a lot to learn.

Oh I am REALLY craving chocolate right now! Have none in - so will make do with a glass of red! Happy days!

I had two scones for breakfast this morning with an excess of butter and double cream and sugar free jelly to replace the jam. It didn't really do much good for my blood glucose levels but it was the best thing I've had in ages.
