This morning BS 6.8.
I had been invited to a large Greek family lunch time gathering with my wife. On the table, whose legs were buckling with the weight, was an enormous variety of food. I had Pork in brandy cream sauce, beef in cream sauce, cheese salad, chips, Courgette, potato and pastry pie, Tzatziki, deep fried cheese crockets. (over a period of one hour may I add)
Ok, once a year special treat, so imagine my suprise two hours later tested 6.4.
I passed on the rice, bread and alcohol (they do spike me) but expected the numbers to be higher, I learn something new everyday.
