Confused angry and tired.

Good morning @Robhj73 I hope that today finds you feeling less confused and angry :) I imagine you're still tired and probably feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the reading / links we've suggested!
 
Hey there, hope you can now see the wood from the trees a bit.Just another pointer, have a look at the threads covering "what have you eaten today?" This always gives me new ideas.Sure some combinations of things may be a little off the wall,I like to try em anyway.
If you are working night shifts snacks like cheese ( babybel) , small handful of nuts ( hazelnuts are beneficial for diabetics), salami or polish sausages, good quality pork scratchings,berries,avocados etc are good ideas.As previously mentioned Lidl sell an excellent high protein roll which works out at about 11.5 g of carbs per roll.Just had one with butter, ham and mustard and a bit of prawn cocktail for lunch.People are really creative with recipes so lots of great stuff to eat well.
Glad to hear you are seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.it will only get better.
