Hi
@JenniferKate and welcome to the forums.
Congratulations on the pregnancy.
I have to be careful what I say here as we aren't medical professionals and forum rules don't allow us to give medical advice.
It sounds to me that your main issue is that they don't realise you are already T2 and
you can't get through to anyone. (OK, my pregnancy experiences are very very old and I'm T1 but as a T1 my team were all over me the minute I mentioned I was pregnant.) Can you at least contact your GP?
Why go through this nonsense when I'm a type 2 diabetic who is already being treated with medication? It seems quite pointless.
I've got to say I agree, but as I'm not T2 I may not be the best person to comment. My guess (and I stress I am not a medical professional or a T2) is that this one will get sorted as soon as you manage to talk to someone and get them to realise that you are a pre-existing T2, (anecdotally I've heard that some T1s get this invite.)
Hopefully we'll get some T2s with pregnancy experiences posting soon,
Once more, congratulations and welcome.
Edited to add : maybe ask your pharmacy for advice on the medication if you can't get through to anyone else?
