Confused. Ketones higher than ever before

hey I did my bm as I normally do and it was 21.4 so I checked my ketones as I was advised to do and it was 4.9... What do I do? Help. Thanks for any advise

I would phone your DSN right away for advice on whether she thinks you should report to A&E
I would also take a correction dose of insulin.
