Confused on what to look for

If you do not like the taste of vegetables try cheese melted into cream and pour over the top and then grilling.

Although that sounds nice - still I cannot do it, i cant handle the texture of veg knowing its veg along with the taste. I woll end up heaving. Its just a pet hate i have in life I really really dislike veg & I cant eat it
I usually go out once a week to either a indian/steakhouse etc etc & I cannot stop that. I'm happy to cut down during the week, & eat eggs etc more often. Along with more exercise aswell! I will also take my metformin tablets. But i'm afraid no matter what il be having cheat days once or mayybe twice a week. I cant completely change my lifestyle because of this :( Right now i seem to be thinking about what foods i can / cant eat more than anything! & i just cant go on that way
 
@mycool86 it seems that you have had great advice from your healthcare team. Did you tell them how you feel about eating vegatables?
 
No i didnt but i shall tell them late next week when iv got my appointment to go back.
I had a very naughty meal last night.
Peri peri chicken
Chips
Naan bread
Spicy mayo & hot chilli.
My readind before this meal was 5.3. & my reading 2/2.5hrs after was 7.0
I only had this meal to just test & see how much my levels would raise. But I dont think 7.0 after chips, naan bread & chicken is even that bad to be honest?
