Hi there, I got my blood test back as normal being 34mmol/mol. However Ive googled info and its so confusing. A lot of sites say that normal is between 4.4 - 7mmol! Has he wrote mine down wrong? Or am I sky high! Im more than confused and worried.

4.4 - 7 mmol/l

You are confusing mmol/m which is a measure of average blood sugar over 3 months (HbA1c)
With the units of a finger prick test of mmol/l which should be between 4.4 and 7.0 mmol/l
