Constant Belching

I have hand constant belching from when I got home today at 7pm and I don't know what brought it on and I feel like that I have gas building up every time I burp and it just won't go away as it is just sitting in me. The only thing that I have had today that would cause my belching is having 2 bottles of pepsi diet and a glass of cherryade. I have been all right the rest of the day, but this evening I've done nothing but belch.
 
If it's any consolation, I suffer this sometimes aboout 5-10 mins of taking insulin. It's a little like indigestion and lasts about ten mins for me.
Type 1 / insulin dependant.
