Hi,

About 48 hours ago i started having large periods of signal loss between my libre 2 plus and my librelink app. After 24 hours i figured maybe its an issue with the sensor, so took it off and put a new one on. Unfortunately, i am still getting large periods of signal loss. Probably a 70/30 split of downtime vs it working. I have tried every single thing google and chatgpt has told me, turning bluetooth off and then back on my phone, turning my phone off and back on, disconnecting other bluetooth devices from my phone such as my apple watch and my oura ring, ive updated my iphones IOS, ive made sure background refresh is turned on. Nothing has worked. To be clear, i can still manually scan, but it just will not automatically refresh as a continuous glucose monitor should.

Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

Yes, I've had a similar thing with my Android phone. I spoke to the company, and they asked me to return the sensor, and they sent me a new sensor.

curious was there recent update to your phones os that would fall within that time period? had simular issues when phone upgraded until app updated. i now have auto-updates turned off to hopefully prevent future problems. sometimes updates contain: breaking changes, api or whatever else can change/ become depreciated.
