Constipation

I've always had 'slow' bowels, and the slightest excuse and I block up. Recently I've started increasing my intake of Greek yoghurt to boost my gut microbiome and I must say it appears to be working. Won't go into details , but as far as I can see now down side, I have it with a helping of Paleo granola (5g per helping) so it's a win win.
 
A couple of ounces of KP roasted nuts helps keep me regular. Lots of fibre and about 6 grams of carbs
 
How Dou stop at a couple of ounces? I can't stop until I reach the end of the packet or I feel sick .
