I have tried to contact diabetes.co.uk by message 3 times with a question about Easybetic which I have previously purchased from the shop, but have not received any reply. Also tried phoning a number of times but, again, no response. Can anyone give me a phone number as I guess it is possible that the numbers I have tried are incorrect. Thank you.

This forum is hosted by Diabetes.co.uk outside of it's main area of business so we only have access to the same information that you do.

I notice that the following link diabetes shop contact doesn't seem to be working.

Hmmmm. I know at the moment, the office is essentially closed, with staff working from home, so there may not be anyone on the phone lines.

The link to the shop should have been fixed, as I reported it a couple of weeks ago. @urbanracer , could you please post a copy of the broken link and I will raise it again.

In the meantime @Stelladevico , please email [email protected] , but also, please copy [email protected] . Between those two email addresses, it will get to a person, and directed accordingly.

I am so sorry you have had this frustration Stella.
