I lost my Contour Next Link 2.4 meter a few months ago and have been using my Accu-Chek Mobile ever since. I went over to the diabetes clinic yesterday to ask for a new Contour meter, as I want to get the results sent to my Medtronic 640g pump as I feel it'll be more beneficial. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I received the Contour Next Link meter, which isn't compatible with the Medtronic 640g, only the older pumps.
So I'm basically asking does anybody know where I can buy one from? I'm going to France on Monday and what with it being a bank holiday weekend I haven't got an opportunity to go over to the hospital to swap them over. I know Tesco, Lloyds Pharmacy etc sell meters but I'm curious if anybody has bought one from either of these shops before, to save me driving around South Wales looking for one!
