Hi all, I'm new to the forum and was wondering if there is a thread regarding this subject, or if there are people with experience on this subject .
I'm on insulin and finding it hard to control my BS any info would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance.

What kind of numbers are you getting, just curiousiy :)?

Hi the problem I have is when I change over shifts on a mon day/night it takes until the wed day/night to get back to the norm.
I try not to eat too much on the night shift but my job is quite physical and i'm on my feet for 12 hrs.
I also can put on 4lbs in weight when on the n/s trying to control my BS.
My BS is about 10 mmol for those days when I change over shifts:(
