Hi all, just wanting a bit of advice please.
I started low carbing a few weeks back and i am unable to control the protein spikes. I have tried bolusing before the meal and also 2 hours afterwards and still can not stop these spikes.
Can anybody explain to me what they do to stop this it would be much appreciated
