Anyone know how to control type 1 better, it's either about 200+ or 50-, I'm trying to get atleast 90-120 all day

Have you done any basal testing recently to see if you take the correct amount of basal insulin?
What insulin(s) are you on?
How long have you been diagnosed, and how are you deciding on your insulin doses?
 
Diabetes can be controlled as much as a class of 4 year olds.
Diabetes can be managed but there are too many things that affect our BG which our outside our control that we can only manage diabetes. Expecting to have perfect BG all the time is likely to be damaging to your mental health.
