Hi all, i have been pretty good at controlling my sugar levels up until the last 3-4 days, i have been having at least 2 hyops a day and not understanding why? I eat 3 times a day and do not worry about keeping this low carbs, i have not changed what or when i am eating but am really struggling to get to grips with it again. Any tips or advise would be great as i feel so run down over it and do not seem to have anybody to talk to about it this can relate.

Thanks.

There are many things which affect our BG: food, alcohol, stress, illness, time of day, month, year, temperature, exercise, drugs, ...

Could be a number of things which are causing your hypos. The most obvious are usually alcohol and exercise which can last for a couple of days.

Hi @chelsey18 ,

Welcome to the forum.

Looks like you're in your teens on your profile. How long have you been diabetic? (If relatively newly diagnosed? it could mean honeymoon.?)
