Conversion help please

My maths is always poor, today my hba1c was 39 ....what is that in old money please ....

Thank you so much .....5.7 I am so happy ....last reading was 6.1 and 14 months ago when diagnosed the readings were 18

I follow my own diet, have a few other health problems ....but the good news is I have lost 3 stones in one year , one more stone and I will be me again ......but at the moment my weight has not changed in 12 weeks :/ ....but I am wearing a size 10 jeggins ........!!!!!!!!! New ones :) delighted...

Thank you Andrew.....I can't do the maths part :/ that part of my brain has never worked !
Can you make it really simple for me please.....when I put data into the table on line ...I never seem to get a match from the old money to the new money, so I have to ask every time.....and it gives me chance to share how delighted I am feeling :)

Thank you.....my husband says what am I going to do with the clothes which I have never worn , which no longer fit :/
But of course I still need to shop !!!!!
