Does anyone have any suggestions please as to what I can use to thicken sauces, stews etc. instead of flour? Would it be OK to use spelt flour for instance?
Many thanks Julie56!Hi @steph81170 - I would suggest arrowroot it has 13g carbs per 100g but you don't have to use very much to thicken sauces,
