Corona virus anti vaccine

    I’m not sure how it works , but from what I gather some people get this virus and not everybody dies, in fact it seems that only people at high risk sadly seem to die, is it possible to take an anti virus serum from the people 5hat survive , as it seems that sometimes is done with other stuff, I know I am being stupid but just thought I’d ask as I don’t know how this works.
