Corona Virus - do I go for blood test during lockdown

Hi All,
First post, so apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. I was diagnosed on 22 Feb with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and Type 2 diabetes.
I am taking 2 metaformin per day for the diabetes.
My question: I am due for a 4 week assessment soon and have a blood test form for this (Purple top EDTA 4ml), but with the lockdown now in place should I attend a blood test clinic, as we are supposed to stay indoors?
I have tried phoning the clinic, but phone lines are permanently engaged.

Advise required please!
Thanks
JB

Keep trying. I got a text from the surgery to say they had closed down. If GP thinks I should be seen in person, arrangements will be made.

Welcome to the forum @brgf2012 , I am afraid we cannot answer you, you need to persevere with trying to get through on the phone.
