Coronation Chicken recipe

Anyone have a low carb recipe?

Will happily give the sultanas a miss but wouldn't mind a little bit of sweetness perhaps with a bit of chopped apple

I just use chicken (obviously!), mayo and curry powder.

Thanks for the recipe, it really was excellent. By the way guys Brent made a pork tenderloin with creme de la cassis on Friday night, it was fantastic.
