Cough Sweets in pregnancy

Hi, I was wondering with winter coming up if anyone knew what cough sweets were the safest to take in pregnancy, I’m type 1 diabetic and I can’t seem to work out what’s what on google as so many different sites say different things! If people don’t take cough sweets is there anything else safe for a type 1 diabetic to take??

I usually take Halls sweets because they keep my blood sugars stable - are these still safe??

Halls sweets

The normal ones seem to be 4 grams of carbs per drop and the sugar free ones are zero carbs. The specific warning on the package for diabetics only has to do with the carbs/sugar, so if you take them into account there's nothing to worry about.
They seem to be safe when pregnant as well but if in doubt, ask your HCP.
