Could Eating Too Much Fat Cause Nausea?

And most consider those 800 cal fat bombs are 'fasting'. Coconut oil makes me sick, literally. I like a little butter occasionally but it needs to be Kerry gold haha. A pound of butter would last me over a year. I stick with a little lemon, garlic or basil Evoo drizzled over my chopped salads and a slice of avocado for most meals. A few nuts in between.
800 cal fatbomb? Never heard of them. Can I have the recipe?

Actually I detest them, keep trying new ways to eat them but nope. I want to like them because I know how good they are for me and this way of eating. Kristin you have converted my mind but not my mouth lol.
What is it you don't like? The flavor or the texture?
There are so many ways to eat them. I just like them with sea salt. Many people make guacamole, or put lemon or lime juice on them. They can be blended into smoothies with other veggies. Do you like hot sauce? That can go on it or in the smoothie. I agree, they are natures fat bombs.

Fat bombs are coffee with lots of butter, ghee, coconut oil, lard mixed in. All fat and coffee. Many people thrive on them

That isn't a fat bomb.
That is a bulletproof coffee, and I have heard of butter, ghee, coconut oil and MCT oil being used, but never lard.

Oh, and they are DELICIOUS :D

Fat bombs are small chunks, like truffles, all sorts of different recipes. Little nuggets of gorgeousness, like tiny high quality desserts.

I do not care for the taste or the texture. I bought another one the other day and tried it mashed and spread out on my wrap with mayo and ham. It was tolerable but the rest of the avocado that I put in the fridge in a sealed container went nasty overnight. They are great in my friends 7 layer dip but I can't have all the other stuff in the dip so thats out. I miss refried beans lol.

Good fat bomb (more like 200 cal)

1 square unsweetened bakers chocolate (1 oz)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil (still smells like coconuts)
1/2 cup butter
almond or amaretto sugar free syrup to taste

I make this in a 4 cup glass measuring cup

melt the chocolate in the microwave most of the way
add the almond butter, coconut oil and butter and microwave for a few seconds, just long enough that it is all very soft but not melted. Blend until very smooth, add sweetener and blend it in. Should look like melted milk chocolate. Spoon into mini muffin pans or molds or ice cube trays. You can add a bit of chopped almonds if you like. Refrigerate until totally set. Makes about 24.

These are yummy. Kind of like fudge but they melt very easy in your hands. A bit of fibre and very tiny amount of carb from the almond butter. Maybe 1 gram each ? but high calorie

Cheese, nuts, avocado no worries, as much as there is room.
Been known to have a tablespoon of olive oil / rapeseed oil, it's amazing how much they vary.... one of the recent OOs was way too peppery.... :( it was not cheap and no pre tasting at tesco...

I bought 1sr clod pressed lemon as well as basil infused Evoo. SO good. Of course I have garlic oil as well. Easy to change flavors with these oils and herbs.
