What works for me won't necessarily work for other people.I chose to speak up because in this case, I believe the forum as a whole has created unrealistic expectations for what a LCHF diet offers. When I say that we should do a better job of explaining an LCHF diet, it is to say that we should explain it is ONE possible approach, but it certainly isn't the ONLY possible approach.</blockquote>
