Who. cares what other people think. I don’t wear one, because they are completely unnecessary and furthermore they are utterly ineffective. I go in and out of places all the time and have been challenged once or twice but tell them I’m exempt which tends to shut them up.

That is some first post to a diabetic forum.

Bigotry, reliance on unsupported 'facts', unkindness, unfairness.
I don’t think the original James I wore one either, even when he was asked to cure the King’s Evil. He may have worn a pomander ball or two.
Most of my friends wear masks, and even the one who found they increased her panic attacks when she initially donned one has trained herself to wear one.
