Covid

I am Type 2 Diabetic and have multiple health conditions. I tested positive for Covid last Tuesday and was wondering if anyone who has had covid has any advice me. I am resting, drinking lots of fluids but am still getting symptoms . I am in a lot of pain with awful headaches but that could be Fibromyalgia. To make matters worse my husband tested positive this morning.

Keep hydrated and take paracetamol if you can , I’m not sure if there are any isolation rules anymore , but I didn’t feel like going out anyway symptoms passed in about 5 days for me just drink plenty of water

For me, I found the cold and flu medications that contain paracetamol and decongestants more effective than plain paracetamol, but even then the variant I had this summer seemed stronger and took longer to go than the one i had in 2022
