CRACK IN PENFILL

Advice please, while doing my daughter insulin i noticed a crack in the penfill, will that do anything to her bgs, i binned the penfill but just worried now.

You did right to bin it, never use any that has been damaged or possibly contaminated as it may not work.
Keep an eye on her levels and make sure everything is as it should, if levels are high consider a correction dose is what I would do.

Thanks Angie i had to do a correction dose as her bg were over 25, going to do a few checks during the night.
