Hi,
When I’ve done a 12 1/2 hour shift at work, I go to bed and I’m always being woken up with cramp in my legs. When I was off work sick I didn’t get cramp now I’m back to work I do. Is there anything you can buy for it?

Magnesium is helpful for cramps - Glycinate and malate are gentle forms. However, if you’re only getting it after working long shifts, then it could be dehydration.

When I was working I used to drink a bottle of blue Powerade every day, that stopped the cramps at night time.

A little extra salt with your meals helps as well, drinking extra water.
