bopper, I think that cranberry juice contains alot of sugar, you will need to read the nutrition list on the packet. As a rule of thumb anything that contains more than 5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams of product, I wouldn't usually eat
The standard carton cranberry juice is still to sugary for me. However I found a couple of supermarket own brands with no added sugar. ASDA do a no added sugar Cranberry and Raspberry which is 3g for the glass and I have as an occasional treat.
