Will it be ok for me to use cream and xylitol sweetener in my coffee on low carb.
also how much cream is allowed and is it full cream or single cream

Double cream ever time, you might find you won't need the sugar. Just a warning if you have pets Xylitol will kill them so dont drop any.

We do not have pets we are in rented acc and they are not allowed.
I will try it without the sweetener to see if i need it.
looking forward to my next coffee it's been a long time since having cream (yummy) :thumbup:
